It must be nice to be Lil Wayne's daughter. Reginae Carter celebrated her sweet 16th birthday over the weekend and Lil Wayne went all out for his first born. According to Bossip, she had a New Orleans-style birthday party with the second line and all, in Atlanta where she currently lives. And of course, there were plenty of celebrities there, even a performance from Nicki Minaj. But the big gifts at the event were Reginae's new rides, a BMW and a Ferrari! It must be nice
